Healing with sound is an ancient art that has fascinated humans for millennia. Sound healing exists in many different cultures and on all continents.
From the song-lines in Australia to the perpetual choir at Stonehenge, sound has always been part of our physical healing and spiritual contentment.
Each of Jo-Anne's sound sessions is unique, but they all have a profound effect. Choose one, or any combination, of the many treatments and instruments available. Or you can leave it to her to choose intuitively.

Jo-Anne uses all sorts of instruments – including tuning forks, pipes and bars; tibetan singing bowls; drums; rattles; wind chimes and gongs – to relax and de-stress your body, calm your mind and nurture your spirit. All you have to do is relax on a comfortable couch. Deeply nurturing always and often transformative.

She combines both forms of simple, natural healing through the hands in a beautifully relaxing, revitalising treatment.
